    Another Long Week

Wooh! Finally made it to Friday... Last week was the longest week in history, and this week came in at a close second.

I had so much work to do this past week. Work has been crazy... I currently have 4 proposals due within the next month, and I was just able to cross off another 2 proposals that I finished this week. I'm a freakin proposal machine! Hopefully we get some of this business - although we are presently very busy as it is.

I think I sound like a broken record: work, school, the house... Blah, blah, blah! But that's all we've done in the past few weeks. Well, that's just me at least. The wifey was in Vegas for a bachelorette trip last weekend.

After getting a lot of stuff done with our home, we finally got the place on the market. We've even had 3 or 4 agents come through already - pretty good! For our neighborhood, our place is a great deal! Hopefully it sells quickly!

This week has been a school week of hell. First I get an email from the instructor last week asking for volunteers to present their projects a week early. I would've ignored the request, but then I found out that Paulina's high school graduation is the same night as my online project
presentations. So I had to quickly do/finish my project.

So I presented my project last night, and I still have my case study to do. It'll be late, but oh well. At this point, I don't care. I have like 5 classes left... I can't wait till I'm done with school!

I swear, if I say that I want to go back to school for whatever degree... Please someone shoot me! I definitely do not want to go back to school. I've been in school in some form or fashion since I graduated in 1992. Within that 14 year period, I've only had 4 years of rest (after graduating from ASU in 1999).

I'd say that I'd wonder what I'd do with all the extra "free" time, but I'm sure I'll have plenty of house/yard projects to complete.

So I've been typing out this posting throughout my work Friday. I just got back from lunch, and I was gonna take a longer lunch... But then I just started getting bored. So I came back to my desk. Maybe I'll go for coffee later.

So now our home is on the market... I think I may just do a few little things around the house this weekend. Otherwise, we've got some deep cleaning to do - not as much for potential buyers but for our own cleanliness. The place is disgustingly dirty.

This weekend will be relatively uneventful for me. I've got to finish my project, clean the house, and hopefully relax.

Tonight we're going to see Les Miserables at ASU's Gammage theater. It should be pretty cool. I can't wait to check this place out. Supposedly, they say that if you are going to see a play out here in the Phoenix area, then you must see it at Gammage. I'm anxious to see this play since I've never seen it while back East. People have always compared it to the Phantom of the Opera which I've seen at least 4 times by now (and will see it again next month when we're in NYC). But that show is amazing... Easy play for first-timers (which my sister-in-law will be.)

    So lets see... Anything else????

Nope, that's about it for now.

Our house isn't "disgustingly" dirty. We do need to dust, but other than that... it's NOT dirty. You make it sound like we live in a pig sty!!

Only a anal neat-freak would say that!!
