Since when did I get old?

I'm sitting here at work in front of my computer and the radio station
that I have on in the background started playing "Talk Dirty to Me."
    It's a mix channel that has everything from the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, and
today. Throughout the day you hear a varied mix of music. Everything
from Matchbox 20 to Billy Joel. Lately, there's a resurgence of Def
Leppard which has stirred memories from jr high and high school. (Those
days I only wished I could have ripped jeans like Joe Elliot's!)

It's amazing what they're dragging out of the vaults now a days... Def
Leppard is back touring, Sebastian Back (of Skid Row), Janie Lane (of
Warrant), and CC Deville (Poison) are all back on tv. INXS and Guns N
Roses are still (somehow) alive and touring. (Axel just got busted for
    biting a security guard!)

Everything is circular... It does all come back. I wouldn't mind more
band music coming back to the mainstream... I can tolerate the rap and
hip hop, but I miss the old school band music. Those were the days:
bands played their own instruments and actually sang their songs without
    sampling and voice over dubbing!

    Those were the days!

Those were also the days when I could eat anything and everything!

Nothing bothered my stomach. Calories didn't matter. Sugar didn't
matter. I was a teenager. Unfortunately, those habits ran into my
twenties and proceeded to my thirties.

Now, at 31 years of age, my stomach and age has caught up with me and is
    now an issue.

I used to have a stomach of steel. I could eat anything. At the most
I'd have to worry about a little heart burn or upset stomach - nothing
    permanent.

Hot peppers? Can you make em hotter?
Hot sauce? You call that hot?
Pizza and beer at 1:00 am? No problem - I'll eat a half a pie!

Now, I've recently found out that I may have acid reflux and possibly an
    ulcer!

Damn it... Now I have to watch my diet and definitely need to get myself
back in the gym (I was so good for so long with the exercise thing, but
work, life, and school has kept me very busy!)

Geez - it sucks getting old.
