    Facebook Stranglehold

    I've been using Facebook for less than a year now and have started getting deeply entrenched in the Facebook system. Myspace sucks and forget Friendster. So what's left? I heard that Myspace will be allowing third party applications (like Facebook).

    The Myspace interface sucks and the customizations are pathetic. Why the hell do you have to "hack" the code in order to customize your boring page? Myspace sucks!

    But as for Facebook, now we find out that they have you forever...

    How Sticky Is Membership on Facebook? Just Try Breaking Free - New York Times:
